Inquiries and Insurance

For rental inquiries, please fill in this form. We will be in touch with you within 2 business days.

The cost of rental are listed in the form which will give you an idea of the spaces available and also the respective fees. There is a mandatory cleaning and set up fee of $50 per rental. When it is a gathering with a meal, we do charge more for cleaning dependent on the space.

Also, please consider the following. All rentals will require Third-Party Liability Insurance. Upon submitting your request, we will encourage you to have this ready for submission or will have had acquired that before the preparations of contract terms. Below are some links for your references.

Public Transit

Refer to OC Transpo’s Travel Planner to plan your route. Para Transpo is a shared-ride, book-in-advance, public transit service.

Driving and Parking

  • We are not permitted to park in the large UNPAVED lot off Madison, behind 369-373 Richmond Road (low, long grey building units).
  • The company monitoring the lot will ticket and/or tow any cars found there, especially on Sunday mornings. This is not the Credit Union lot which has graciously offered for the Legion and others to use the lot during noon-business hours.
  • NO parking in the parking lot of the Professional Building at 376 Madison Avenue.
  • NO parking in the parking spots designated to the Churchill Seniors’ Centre.
  • NO parking in the lane west of the All Saints’ parking lot (behind Pure Kitchen).

Be careful where you park even on Sundays.

Parking Passes

In October paid parking was introduced Monday-Saturday on both Richmond and Churchill roads.

This has led to many people, who are not attending a church function, parking in our spaces.

To address this, we are issuing parking passes from the office. After parking your car, obtain a pass from our Parish Administrator. Regular volunteers and participants can receive a permanent pass. There is no need to return it when you leave.

Our parking is monitored and unauthorized parking will result in one warning and then a ticket.
