Event Series Event Series: Season of Creation Discussions

Season of Creation Discussions

September 15, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Thursdays, Sept. 15th to Oct. 20th, 7:00 pm, via Zoom

Creationtide or the Season of Creation is the period in the church calendar, roughly from September through to St. Francis Day in October, in which many churches celebrate God as Creator and Sustainer of all life. We give thanks for God’s gift of creation, and we commit to caring for our one planet home. As described by the Anglican Communion Environmental Network, it is a time to pray and celebrate with creation, focus on the story of Earth, and commit to a ministry of healing Earth. In connection with the Season of Creation, St. John’s will host a series of discussion sessions led by Linda Privitera and Joe O’Shields.

There will be six discussions (on Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 8:30 pm, from September 15th to October 20th) and will be on Zoom.

For more information, please feel free to contact Linda (lprivitera@rogers.com), Joe (joeoshie@comcast.net), or Helen (office@allsaintswestboro.com).
