Pastoral Care Continuing Education on Zoom

Pastoral Care Continuing Education event on Tuesday November 5th from 7- 9pm by Zoom. “A Pastoral Response to the Challenges of MAID,” will explore an approach focusing on compassion, empathy and journeying with patients as they search for meaning in their suffering.

The presentation will not condone or condemn MAID as a treatment option. Instead, it will focus on how pastoral care volunteers can journey with patients, listen to their struggle and assist them with their own meaning-making around life and death issues.
