Centering Prayer

Welcome to past participants and welcome newcomers.
Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm in the Holy Spirit chapel All Saints Westboro Anglican Church. Enter at 347 Richmond Rd door. Street parking on Madison behind church.
2 periods of CP ( 20 minutes each) with a walking meditation in between, we will have
Ongoing every Thursday. Though we meet to practice the Centering prayer way of silent prayer, other contemplative meditators are most welcome.
